use ROCKVALID.
Start with a PDF and finish with a new ROCKVALID PDF that can be checked independently. ROCKVALID automatically recognises whether the file is new or already carries a ROCKVALID history.

Open ROCKVALID
Choose your preferred language. The language only changes the interface; it does not change the cryptographic proof.
Upload the PDF
Select one PDF or drag it into the browser. ROCKVALID checks whether it is a new document or an existing ROCKVALID document.
Review the preview
Check that the displayed pages are complete and correct. The proof will refer to this exact document version.
Choose what you want to do
For a new document you can issue, sign or object. For an existing ROCKVALID document, a further person can sign or object. Earlier confirmations are preserved.
Enter your name
Enter your first and last name as required for the current finAPI GiroIdent name check.
Complete the provider or bank step
ROCKVALID opens the external process. ROCKVALID does not ask for online-banking credentials in its own form. If authentication is required, enter it only in the provider or bank interface you have opened.
Confirm immediate performance and payment if shown
The combined demo flow can ask you to request immediate performance and then complete the displayed payment step.
Wait for completion
After the required checks succeed, ROCKVALID creates the new document proof and prepares the PDF for download.
Download the new ROCKVALID PDF
Save the downloaded file. It is the version intended for later verification. If the document already had a ROCKVALID history, the new version contains the updated history.
Verify
Check a completed document
Verification should always be performed on the actual PDF file.
Switch to Verify
Open the Verify area in ROCKVALID.
Select the ROCKVALID PDF
Upload the completed file you received or downloaded.
Read the result
Check whether the PDF matches the public proof and review the recorded person, action and time. If the document has a confirmation history, review the earlier entries as well.
Use the actual file
Do not rely on a screenshot of a verification result. If the result matters, verify the PDF itself.
Meaning
What a successful check says — and what it does not.
ROCKVALID verifies the document and recorded process, not the truth of every sentence.
A successful verification can show
- the PDF is the recorded version
- the file has remained unchanged
- the recorded name and action are associated with this version
- a matching public proof exists
- earlier confirmations in the ROCKVALID history remain consistent
It does not automatically show
- that all contents are factually correct
- that every person had all required legal authority
- that a particular legal form requirement is satisfied
- that the service is a notarisation or QES
Use the demo carefully. Check the PDF before certification, keep your own copy, and use the newest ROCKVALID version when a document has received another signature or objection.
